La Granja VIP to air footage to settle dispute between Montero and Osuna

Producers will release video footage to test the claims made by two housemates on the reality show La Granja VIP.

Host Adal Ramones made the announcement during the weekly assembly. He stated that the audience will see the specific scenes in question. This will allow viewers to decide if the versions presented match the actual events.

The dispute began during the nominations for week eight. Mario Osuna, known as Mono, questioned the treatment Pablo Montero gave to Tío Pepe. Montero responded by accusing Osuna of pushing Kevyn Contreras, also known as Bicolor, the previous Friday. Montero claimed he heard Osuna apologize for the physical contact later that day.

Osuna based his complaint on an evaluation of Montero’s performance as El Capataz. Tío Pepe stated that Montero’s field experience did not show in his leadership. He cited late rising times and the construction of an incubator that did not meet specifications. Montero rejected parts of this review. He told the assembly that he woke early to check the pens. Julio Camejo and Kunno supported aspects of his work. Ramones advised Montero to speak directly with Tío Pepe to resolve their differences.

Osuna also claimed he witnessed a lack of respect toward Tío Pepe. He noted that Natalia Alcocer and Camejo had to intervene to calm Montero. Osuna stated that Tío Pepe is there to guide the players. He believes the housekeeper deserves different treatment because of his role. The former soccer player also mentioned that he heard Montero compliment the outfit of Daniela Alexis. Osuna questioned these comments because Montero had just started a romantic relationship.

Montero countered that Osuna was repeating points raised by Manelyk González and Kunno. He insisted that the push by Osuna on Bicolor was a distinct event. Kevyn had also raised the accusation during his own nomination speech. Ramones identified the two specific cases that will be reviewed. He said the footage for both incidents will be shown the next day. He explained that those who had not seen the scenes could now view them and determine if the housemates were speaking about real facts.
